Thursday 2/27
Triton Transfer Center Presentation
(Host: Nancy Guzman, Triton College)
This presentation will talk about options, resources available to Triton students as they start to think about transferring. The goal of the transfer center is to provide students with the information they need to know about transferring ahead of time so that they can arrive at the four-year on time. Build Your First Skill For Amazon Alexa
(Host: Triton Computing Society)
During this workshop, participants will learn the basics of how to build skills for Amazon Alexa to run on Alexa devices like the Amazon Echo or Echo Dot. The content will cover setting up Alexa Skills Kit, developing your first skill, deploying your skill to AWS Lambda, and submitting your skill for publication all through the Alexa Developer Console.
